  • Self-defence fundamentals
  • Sport BJJ concepts and movement
  • Contact level adjusted for the group

  • Shoulder movement and coordination
  • Training sticks supplied by arrangement
04

Retreat programs

Add an active martial arts session to a company, leadership or wellness retreat. We can create an accessible workshop that energizes the group while encouraging focus, communication and mutual respect.

Fitness kickboxing

Pad-based kickboxing combines practical striking fundamentals with a challenging workout. Intensity, combinations and conditioning can be scaled for mixed fitness levels.

  • Footwork and striking fundamentals
  • Pad drills and conditioning
  • Non-competitive group format

Kids martial arts for private schools

Age-appropriate school programs can focus on listening, coordination, balance, safe movement, confidence and respect. The curriculum is adjusted to the students’ ages, class size and school expectations.
